Selling Terms
- Complete payment must be made before delivery, dispatch, or collection of any product.
- Installation charges are not included in product pricing unless specifically mentioned in the quotation or invoice.
- Once the customer signs the delivery receipt or invoice, it will be considered confirmation that all products were received in good condition.
- Products that remain uncollected for more than 30 days from the invoice date, including repaired or replacement items, may be treated as company property, and paid amounts will not be refundable.
Warranty Terms
- Customers requesting warranty service or maintenance must provide the original invoice or proof of purchase.
- Any repair work, modification, or servicing performed by unauthorized persons or third-party technicians will immediately void the warranty.
- Refrigeration and cooling equipment should be cleaned and maintained regularly. Failure to perform proper maintenance may cancel the warranty coverage.
- Warranty does not apply to damages caused by misuse, negligence, improper cleaning, electrical faults caused by incorrect operation, physical damage, or failure to follow the equipment instructions.
Important Information
- Customers are responsible for arranging site access permissions, work permits, or entry approvals if required at the installation location.
- Gas hoses and regulators for gas-operated equipment must be provided by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- To maintain proper performance and warranty validity, regular cleaning and servicing of refrigeration equipment is highly recommended.
- Warranty activation may require installation by the KitchTron technical team or an authorized technician.
- Civil work including drainage, plumbing, electrical connections, ducting, exhaust systems, hood fan installation, or related modifications are not included unless clearly mentioned in the quotation.
- Customers should carefully review product specifications such as dimensions, voltage, power consumption, gas type, and technical requirements before confirming the order.
Exchange and Refund Policy
Products may only qualify for replacement or refund in cases of manufacturing defects or damaged items, under the following conditions:
⦁ Requests must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery date.
⦁ Products must be unused, uninstalled, and returned with original packaging and accessories.
⦁ The original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.
Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
⦁ The customer changes their mind after purchase.
⦁ The product is custom-made, specially ordered, or stainless-steel fabrication manufactured upon request.
⦁ The item has been used, installed, damaged, or returned without original packaging.
